  1. Is the Stratus Style 5 suitable for a large open plan extension?

    Yes. Style 5 accommodates larger openings, from 750mm wide by 2250mm long up to 3000mm wide or 6000mm long. That makes it a good option for larger kitchen, dining and open plan extensions needing a substantial roof lantern.

  2. What is the maximum size of a Stratus Style 5 roof lantern?

    Style 5 reaches 3000mm wide or 6000mm long, though not both at once: at 3000mm wide the maximum length is 4250mm, and at 6000mm long the maximum width is 2250mm. The smallest available size is 750mm x 2250mm.

  3. Can I have a Stratus roof lantern that is 3 metres wide?

    Yes. Styles 2, 4 and 5 all reach 3000mm wide. The maximum length reduces at that width, so the roof opening determines which is suitable.

  4. Should I choose Style 5 or Style 7 for my extension?

    Both reach 6000mm long and start at 750mm x 2250mm. Style 5 is the wider of the two at up to 3000mm, against 2750mm for Style 7. Style 7 holds longer lengths at its widest sizes, so the shape of your opening decides between them.
